1. Our hosting model

SFlixFree does not store movie or TV video files on its own servers. The site displays catalog information and may link to or embed players hosted by third parties. We respond to valid notices about allegedly infringing listings on our domain.

2. Filing a notice

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe a listing on SFlixFree infringes your rights, please submit a notice through our DMCA contact form including:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The exact URL(s) of the listing(s) on SFlixFree (for example a /watch/... page)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable in the form message)

3. What we do after receiving a notice

  1. Review the notice for completeness
  2. Remove or disable access to the reported listing when appropriate
  3. Record the action in our internal contact inbox

We may contact you if more detail is required. Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

5. Repeat infringement

We may permanently remove listings or take other reasonable steps when we receive repeated valid notices related to the same material or source.

6. Third-party hosts

For files hosted on external websites or CDNs, you should also send notices directly to those service providers. Removing a listing from SFlixFree does not delete files stored elsewhere.
